Brewing Now, Kingsford

Assalamualaikum readers! So for our first post we are going to review about a new coffee shop at Anzac Parade in Kingsford which is quite near to our place. We came at about 4.00p.m which is quite late considering that we're in Australia and most shops close at 5.00 to 5.30p.m.

When I ordered my cup of coffee, the cashier was very friendly and was joking around with me; small Mocha for me and large Cappucino for Mun. Since it's late in the evening, the choices for snacks and pastries were limited. There were still brownies, muffins and cookies but we decided to order a slice of Mango Blondie. We wanted to make sure the food was halal so we asked the same friendly shop attendant if the Mango Blondie contains any gelatin and she was kind enough to text the shop owner to make sure.

After making sure the food was halal, we sat down and enjoyed the vintage decoration of the shop while waiting for our coffee. We didn't have to wait long for them to serve us. The coffee shop was fairly comfortable, we picked the table indoor even though the weather was just nice outside.

Campos is already a well-known coffee brand in Australia so the coffee was good. The Mango Blondie was okay though there was nothing special about it. But the coffee is up to standards compared to most coffee shops we've been to. The price is also standard and compatible with the quality of food provided. Overall, we had a nice 'minum petang' here and I encourage coffee lovers to come here especially to those who enjoy having a cup of coffee at beautifully decorated shops (or cafe hipstur).
